my favourite property in chetumal. good and perfect location very close to the port, in the shopping area. easy walk to explanada de la bandera.

Can just recommend the place. Thanks a lot for the really good stay for a short business trip. It's exceptionally clean with a central location to international ferry terminal. The poolside bar is superb, enjoyed this place.

Modern hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its good and absolutely perfect location.

I didn't want to leave, had a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to return there. The restaurant was good with good food, I tried tasty dishes.

the rooms were tidy with good beds, the staff were decent. location: the hotel was near to water taxi, great rooftop pool, airport shuttle, and the restaurant during breakfast.

Staying here was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and spacious with super comfy beds. Breakfast options were fantastic. The roof-top pool provided a lovely escape. The staff was accommodating and spoke English well. The local area was vibrant, with the malecon just a stroll away.

It was just a great match for a little getaway in Chetumal with all in all great value for money. The wifi was excellent,. Make sure to check if you have enough towels if you're traveling with a group.

The spacious room allowed our family to move around comfortably, while the friendly staff was great. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety that pleased even the pickiest eater. A great feature was the made-to-order sandwiches, delicious. The amenities felt a bit limited, and there was some noise from nearby areas that could be bothersome at times. The location was decent, though it required a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were really impressed! The pool on the roof is super nice with great views. The staff was friendly and helped us check in early. The mattress was comfy, but there were no outlets by the bed, annoying. The hotel bar had some great drinks too!
