excellent central spot for exploring, dining, and parks nearby

I spent three nights and found the area to be buzzing with activity, from the vibrant Malecon Chetumal, just a pleasant 10-minute stroll away, to the serene Caimanes Park, which is also close by, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the lovely scenery of the city. as a single traveler, I appreciated the modern amenities and the helpful staff, who were quick to accommodate my requests during my stay.

Spoiler alert, it’s worth it!

Staying here was a pleasant surprise! The room was clean and spacious with super comfy beds. Breakfast options were fantastic. The roof-top pool provided a lovely escape. The staff was accommodating and spoke English well, making our stay worry-free. The local area was vibrant, with the malecon just a stroll away.

It was just a great match for a little getaway in Chetumal with all in all brilliant value for money. The wifi was excellent, which helped me stay connected for work while enjoying my stay. Make sure to check if you have enough towels if you're traveling with a group.

The spacious room allowed our family to move around comfortably, while the friendly staff made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety that pleased even the pickiest eater. A great feature was the made-to-order sandwiches, which were delicious. However, the amenities felt a bit limited, and there was some noise from nearby areas that could be bothersome at times. The location was decent, though it required a bit of a walk to reach the main attractions.

Amazing views from the rooftop pool!

We stayed here for 2 nights and were really impressed! The pool on the roof is super nice with great views. The staff was friendly and helped us check in early. The mattress was comfy, but there were no outlets by the bed, which was annoying. The hotel bar had some great drinks too!

The rooftop pool seriously needs maintenance!!! The bathroom on the ground floor had an unpleasant smell!!! Better check the pool area for loose planks and rusty fixtures!!!
